Real Estate Investors generally have a negative stigma around them. Real Estate Investing has a low barrier of entry and no license is required to start investing. Mix that with the opportunity for huge earning potential and unfortunately you end up with a marketplace saturated with inexperienced investors. It’s hard to know what the best option is.

We didn’t see a trusted wholesale homebuyer in the marketplace and knew there was opportunity to fill the gap so we created Emerald Direct Capital. We are setting the standard for other investors to follow. Our goal is to be a trusted source in the marketplace. The sale of a home is often the largest financial transaction in someone’s life and we believe it’s important for homeowners to be informed on their options as we may not be the best one.

We are a non-traditional method of selling. We are a good option if you have a property that isn’t ideal for listing with a real estate agent, is riddled with title issues, the property needs repairs, or you are just looking for a quick and convenient solution to get the property off your hands.
